Hazlewood Castle Hotel the impressive first venue near LeedsSeminar one of three took place at the very impressive Hazlewood Castle Hotel. Jonathan Hill MD of Alpine Components had approached Uptime Consultant Ltd at the start of 2018 to discuss me supporting these three seminars with an opening hour long slot to kick each one off. I didn't need to think about it as I had attended one a couple of years ago and knew from experience that they were great value for attendees, shared knowledge, were zero sales content and a great way to discover more about three technologies in just one day. This seminar was well attended and sold out quite quickly, Alpine had taken a 'Glastonbury' type year out due to business time constraints last year so many people were already awaiting this opportunity. Great cross section of attendees from diverse industries including major power providers, food, automotive, utilities, steel and fellow Predictive Maintenance practitioners. One of my best north east clients Nissan UK sent four of their guys I had the pleasure of training last year and the other week so it was great to catch up to see how their predictive maintenance journey was progressing. The first day went really well, I already knew my co-presenters Micky Jackson of Alpine, Dean Whittle from RMS Reliability and Jon Willis representing FLIR and the ITC training centre. I knew I had nothing to worry about with these three guys in support and I was right, it all went as planned pretty much on track. Here are some photos from the day including the lunch and breakout room which was very impressive.
