Jim Fitch got in touch a couple of months ago and invited me to speak at this conference. I'm a big fan of NORIA so that was a no brainer, decided to relate a story of reliability redemption that I experienced whilst employed at PepsiCo. Four days immersed in Maintenance and Reliability, this is something we lack in the UK so the only way to experience it is by planning a trip to RP2024 in Chicago next June. I highly recommend attending for the full show, it's money well spent.
