Second visit to Nissan UK Sunderland in just a few weeks to deliver another 'Introduction to PdM & CBM' with Maintenance Techs and Managers this time from the Trim and Chassis Department.

Impressive manufacturing set up and enthusiastic classroom made for a very enjoyable visit to the North East again. 

Covered my Top 5 technologies in PdM linked into RCM and continuous improvement to show return on investment. 

​Some of the issues were around Vibration sensor placement which Uptime Consultant could give additional advice on deployment to attain the best outputs for the team.
